I had relocated to a new country, new job, different food and so on. It is very usual that we try to convince ourselves in such situations, but the blood tests confirmed that I was diabetic.

How to protect from the side effects of uncontrolled diabetes?

To be Diabetic is not the end of the world and you need to convince yourself. All it matters is how disciplined you can be to follow the below points.

We have to broadly look into two major factors

  • Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels
  • Regular followups with Physician / Diabetologist
  • Regular diagnostic checks for all vital organs under the guidance of your doctor
  • Follow the medications / Advices of the doctor

  • Diet as per your dietician / doctor
